BLOG: In 2002, David Daniels founded Bent Image Lab with Ray Di Carlo and Chel White. Specializing in 2D, 3D, and stop motion animation, you’ve probably seen some Bent work in your favorite episode of Portlandia, or an add for Bing, or any other number of outlets.

We’re glad Daniels thought to pull together this reel of his strata cut work as well. His particular blend of this clay-based animation technique seems almost synonymous now with early MTV animation (see Peter Gabriel‘s Big Time, for example). Check it out here:
